All proposals are to be addressed to and delivered to Lake St. Charles Community Development District, Attention: Property Manager, 6801 Colonial Lake Drive, Riverview, FL  33578.  Bidders shall deliver One (1) sealed copy by hand delivery, courier, or nationally recognized carrier or by email to PropertyMgr@LakeStCharles.org.

All mailed or delivered bids, shall be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder clearly marked.

The LSC CDD schedule for bid review and award is:

            Mandatory Site visit with LSC Property Manager, Mark Cooper 813-990-7555

            June 21, 2023 1:00PM

            Bid submission deadline: July 18, 2023 4:00PM

            Bid Opening and Review: July 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM.

            Bid Review & Approval by LSC CDD Board of Supervisors:

            Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 7:00 pm.

Contract commencement date: October 1, 2023

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids with or without cause, to award bids in total or in part, and to waive technical errors or informalities which best serves the interest of the District.
