Beginning May 1, 2023 the LSC Towing Policy will be in full effect. All residents need to have a parking sticker visibly displayed on their vehicle when parked on District property. District property inlcudes the clubhouse parking lot, the Colonial Lake Cul-de-sac and the Waterton Drive Cul-De-Sac.
No overnight parking between the hours of 10:30PM and 5:30AM is allowed on any District property unless authorized by staff.
All residents can receive a free parking sticker at the clubhouse during business hours, please bring your vehicle registration for each sticker you are requesting.
Any vehicles without a parking sticker, parking permit or overnight parking permit will be towed at owner's expense.
