While our goal is to complete these modifications in a timely manner, public safety remains our highest priority.

We must ensure that we take every possible precaution to minimize the risk associated with this work. 

Frequent changes to which areas are open or closed can lead to confusion and miscommunication among residents.

Given that certain areas remain under open excavation, it is extremely important to prevent any misunderstanding that might lead residents to believe that a section of the Trail is open.

We strongly ask that all residents adhere to the designated safety closures.

While some individuals may believe these restrictions do not apply to them because they show caution near excavation areas, it is important to remember that children also use this trail.

When adults disregard safety measures, it can create the impression that closure requirements are optional, particularly for younger members of the community.

We have already observed instances of teenagers ignoring established rules.

We urge adult residents to set a positive example and help ensure the community remains safe and avoids potential legal complications.
