  • Meets on the first Tuesday of each Month at 7:00 PM in the Lake St. Charles Clubhouse

Check the Calendar for all monthly meetings.  Homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to speak on all matters.  The meeting setting is informal and inclusive.  Board members frequently ask attending Homeowners to give advice and suggestions.

Toni Leake is the District Manager of Lake St. Charles.  She is responsible for the accounting and financials of the District, the tax assessment, the Disclosure Report and the District Budget.  She is also responsible for making sure the District is in compliance with the Florida State Statutes, works with local and state agencies and is Custodian of the Public Records.

The Lake St. Charles Property Manager is Mark Cooper.  He is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the common grounds.  Steve Svacak, Jim Rice and Greg Gianakos work with Mark Cooper to maintain LSC grounds in a pristine condition including irrigation upkeep and repairs, tree trimming and cleaning of the paths and amenities.  If you have any property management issues, please give Mark a call at 990-7555.

Toni-Marie Davis is the Clubhouse Manager and oversees all clubhouse resident services.  She performs all administrative functions and resident services including clubhouse rentals, issuing access cards, scheduling and managing the pool monitors.  She creates the monthly newsletter, works in conjunction with the off-duty sheriff program, provides administrative support to the Property Manager, performs website updating and assists with all Public Record Requests, along with answering resident questions and concerns.

LSC residents may rent the clubhouse for private functions. In addition, residents may use the clubhouse without paying the rental fee if the event is noncommercial, open to LSC residents and advertised widely as a community-wide event.

     
LSC Clubhouse Hours
 

The LSC clubhouse is open to residents Monday evenings from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. The clubhouse is located at 6801 Colonial Lake Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. The clubhouse phone number is 813-671-8339.

Clubhouse office is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Residents wishing to speak with the Maintenance Staff can call Mark Cooper at 990-7555.
