Lake St. Charles (LSC) is a 400 acre residential community located in Riverview, which is found in the southeast portion of Hillsborough County, Florida, USA.

Riverview is 12 miles south of Tampa, 5 miles south of Westfield Brandon Mall, and 1.5 miles from Home Depot.  Downtown Tampa is about 20 minutes away and MacDill Air Force Base is about 25 minutes away.

One of the many beneficial features of Lake St. Charles is its proximity to major access routes including Interstate 75, Selmon Crosstown, and Interstate 4 that allows for easy access to downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport, which can be reach in 20 and 30 minutes respectively.  Many Gulf Beaches are 30 to 45 minutes away and Disney World, in nearby Orlando, is approximately 45 miles away.

Lake St. Charles consists of 786 single-family homes and 40 townhomes/villas.  A commercial portion consisting of approximately 11acres includes a Sweet Bay grocery store, other retail shops, a Radiant gas station with a convenience store and car wash. Retail stores include a laundry, Chinese food restaurant, Italian restaurant, dentist and tanning parlor located in the Sweet Bay shopping center. A professional center contains the Kids Community College (which is owned by a LSC resident).
