Lake St. Charles is about 420 acres of primarily residential property located in Riverview in the southeast portion of Hillsborough County, Florida, USA.

Riverview is 12 miles south of Tampa. Lake St. Charles is 1.5 miles from a Home Depot, 5 miles from Westfield Brandon Mall, 2 miles from I-75, 20 minutes from downtown Tampa and 25 minutes from MacDill Air Force Base. Major access routes to LSC include Interstate 75, located two miles from LSC and U.S. Highway 301, which is adjacent to LSC’s entrance. Interstate 75 intersects with the Selmon Crosstown Expressway and Interstate 4, approximately two and five miles from the entrance to LSC respectively. Both the Expressway and Interstate 4 provide access to downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport which can be reached in 20 and 30 minutes respectively.

The residential portion of Lake St. Charles consists of 786 single-family homes and 40 townhomes/villas and the commercial portion consists of approximately 11.5 acres and includes a Sweet Bay grocery store, retail shops, a Radiant gas station with a convenience store and car wash. There is also a laundry, Chinese food restaurant, Italian restaurant, dentist and tanning parlor located in the Sweet Bay shopping center. A professional center contains the Kids Community College (which is owned by a LSC resident), a pediatric doctor, and Impact fitness center with personal trainers.
