MEETINGS NOTICE FY 11 - 12
The Lake St. Charles Community Development District’s (“District”) Board of Supervisors’ fiscal year 2011-2012 regular meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. at 6801 Colonial Lake Dr., Riverview, FL 33578 (the “Community Clubhouse”) on the following dates: Oct. 4, 2011; Nov. 1, 2011; Dec. 6, 2011; Jan. 3, 2012; Feb. 7, 2012; Mar. 6, 2012; Apr. 3, 2012; May 1, 2012; Jun. 5, 2012; July 10, 2012; Aug. 7, 2012; and Sep. 4, 2012. The District’s Board of Supervisors may attend the Lake St. Charles Homeowners Association meetings at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center on the following dates: Oct. 10, 2011; Nov. 14, 2011; Dec. 12, 2011; Jan. 9, 2012; Feb. 13, 2012; Mar. 12, 2012; Apr. 9, 2012; May 14, 2012; Jun. 11, 2012; Jul. 9, 2012; Aug. 13, 2012; and Sep. 10, 2012.
Persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in any District meeting may call the District Manager, Toni Leake, at 813-741-9768 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the District with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
