The District Manager is responsible for Administration of the District, including working the chair on the meeting agenda. She is responsible for meeting minutes and legal noticing of all  District general meetings and public hearings under the Florida Sunshine Law. She performs District accounting functions and produces the District's financial reports including budget preparation and presentation. She is responsible for the District's statutory compliance under F. S. Chapter 190, Community Development Districts as it relates to District administration. She acts as the District's bond dissemination agent, is responsible for the District's records managment compliance with the Florida Public Records Law, performs HR administration and distributes relevant  District information on the www. lakestcharles.org website.   If you have any questions regarding the above topics, please call  741-9768.

The Lake St. Charles CDD District Administrative Assistant is responsible for administering all CDD related resident services. These services include clubhouse rentals, issuance of resident access cards, guest passes, parking permits and temporary parking passes. The District Administrative Assistant will respond to CDD Clubhouse phone calls and emails, answering resident questions and concerns. Other administrative support includes assisting in the publication of the CDD’s quarterly newsletter, interfacing with the District’s private security.

Facility Monitor works random days and random hours. Duties include monitoring District facilities, pool, nature trail, and park as well as patrolling through the neighborhood to monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity. Monitor will also check on homes that have registered with District for vacation watch.
