LSC residents may rent the clubhouse for private functions. In addition, residents may use the clubhouse without paying the rental fee if the event is noncommercial, open to LSC residents and advertised widely as a community-wide event.
The LSC Clubhouse is open to residents Monday evenings from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. The clubhouse is located at 6801 Colonial Lake Drive, Riverview, FL 33578. The clubhouse phone number is (813) 671-8339.
The clubhouse office is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
Reserving the Clubhouse for Events: Requesting clubhouse reservations using the Clubhouse - Rental Scheduling feature and reservation calendary. Please note: a clubhouse reservation is not approved until the cluhouse rental contract has been signed and the rental fee and refundable deposit received. Guest Passes: Guest passes are available for your guest to enjoy the facilities. To obtain a guest pass, please come to the clubhouse and request a guest access card. There will be a $15.00 charge, which will be returned, when the guest card is returned to the clubhouse. Any questions, please call the clubhouse at 671-8339. Visitors staying overnight in your home over the age of 14 who wish to use our amenities must have their own guest passes. This helps keep Lake St. Charles safe and ensures that only qualified individuals my access our facilitieis.
Parking Permits: Parking passes are available for your out-of-town friends and family to park in the clubhouse parking lot. This is especially convenient if your guests will be driving a large vehicle such as an RV that would block the residential streets. To obtain an authorized parking pass free of charge, please call the clubhouse at 671-8339. Proper insurance documentation for the vehicle will be required.
