At the last Sheriff's Riverview Community Council meeting it was determined that a Citizen Patrol Group for our Riverview area would be most desirable. I have been asked to explore the steps necessary to make such a group a reality for us if selected by the Sheriff's Department. One of the key factors in being selected, will be obtaining enough volunteers who wish to undergo the training and then to volunteer at least 12 hours per month plus one formal meeting. From personal experience I can tell you it is a great program and opportunity to really serve the community and the Sheriff's department. 

Please talk to your friends and neighbors to see if we can get enough firm commitments to become volunteers for our Riverview area if selected by the Sheriff's department. Below are the times and days for the training once it is scheduled.

Week two: Mon, Tue, Wed.   6pm - 10pm and Saturday: 8:30am to about 1pm
Week Three: Mon, Tue, Wed  6pm - 10pm
